Terms and Conditions of 678rio — Platform Rules and Guidelines

Access to and use of the services provided by 678rio — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, blackjack, slots, and all other modes available on the platform — are subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance occurs when the user completes the registration process or logs in for the first time after an update is published.

General rules applicable to all sports bets at 678rio:

• Bets are only valid when confirmed by the system at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation;
• 678rio reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious odds errors (odds clearly outside standard market range);
• In suspended or canceled events, bets are refunded at the wagered amount, unless otherwise specified in the rules for that sport;
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to real-time market availability and may be suspended during critical moments of the game;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00, and the maximum varies by market and event, as indicated on the platform;
• Parlay bets (accumulators) have their own settlement rules — a cancelled selection is removed from the parlay while the remaining selections stand.

• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities — upon identifying any flaw, the user must report it to support immediately;
• Money laundering, using the platform to conceal funds of illicit origin, or any other suspicious financial activity;
• Coordinated betting with the intent to exploit odds errors or manipulate the outcome of sporting events;
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or bypass restrictions applied to an existing account;
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or provision of false information during the KYC process;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts on the platform.

Any confirmed prohibited conduct authorizes 678rio to immediately close the account, hold balances during the investigation process, and report the case to the relevant authorities. Depending on the severity, 678rio may also pursue additional legal action.

The user may request the voluntary closure of their account at 678rio at any time through live chat support or by email at contato@678rio.best. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled as normal and the available balance will be paid to the account holder after identity verification.

678rio may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, collusion, or use of funds of illicit origin;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Violation of bonus rules or any attempt to abuse promotions;
• The player's own request through responsible gambling self-exclusion tools.

If the account is closed by 678rio due to proven violations, balances associated with irregular bets and improperly used bonuses may be cancelled. Real deposit balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the account holder following review.

678rio's liability is also limited in the following situations:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Payment processing delays caused by banking systems, card processors, or the Banco Central do Brasil's infrastructure;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence;
• Third-party content accessible through links or integrations on the platform, including games from external providers.

Under no circumstances shall 678rio's total liability to an individual user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The processing of personal data at 678rio is governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms and Conditions. 678rio collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).
